Our association works for people from all ages, by building social bridges, addressing variety of topics related to an aging workforce and intergenerational learning. We try to assist the process of managing the differences in the light of the demographic changes. We, as experts in the area adult education, involved in different European projects more than 10 years, decided 5 years ago to unite our knowledge and experience and to establish “Generations” with the aim to work for motivation, activation and social inclusion of people 55+ and to make links between people from different generations for further transfer of skills, knowledge and historic memory. We organize different events and try to offer relevant trainings to people at this age under the name “Academy 55+”.
