After a period for realization of detailed researches about attitudes to people with different gender and sexual identity at work and after summarizing the results, the second meeting in the frame of project Diversities at Work was organized. The representatives of the project consortium met at begin of October in Sofia to analyze research data and results from questionnaires from Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium and Bulgaria. During the project meeting were presented some good practices, was held an open discussion “Discrimination based on different gender and sexual identity at work and ways for its overcoming”. Representatives of Bulgarian companies, educational organizations and research institutes were invited to take part at the discussion.
